Since March 2021 TTI ALGECIRAS is owned by the Korean shipping line HMM (50% +1 share) and Isla Verde Algeciras Terminal Holding, SL (50% -1 share), the latter 51% owned by CMA Terminals Espagne (CMA CGM) and 49% by the DIF Capital Partners Group.
